Before the order is made, we can provide customers with accurate and detailed technical data, while samples are also available though customers need to pay for the samples and corresponding freight. Meanwhile, customers are allowed to come to our factory for an on-site inspection about the production flow, quality control and product test. For those clients that have built up a long-term cooperative relationship with us, they can try our new products free of charge except the freight.
As for expendable parts, they are offered in 2% of ordered quantity. If they are used up during warranty period, we will send new ones for free, and customers just need to afford the freight.
For sample orders, it takes less than a week to finish the order if corresponding raw materials are sufficient. For formal orders, the delivery time is usually within 4-6 weeks.
The warranty periods for common export orders are 16 months counted from BOL date unless otherwise specified in the contract, and the warranty period for special goods needs to be listed when making the order. Within the warranty period, fittings and maintenance guidance are supplied for free, while our technicians could also deliver field maintenance service if the customer is not capable of solving the problems by himself, but relevant charges should be paid by the client.
For our authorized agents, we can provide brochures (printed with product list, agent name, address and contact information) as well as advertising T-shirts, and their websites. For the non-agent clients, some paid services are available, such as package design, product customization, on-site installation, on-site training, etc.
Under most conditions, OEM is not accepted, but it is negotiable if the OEM products won't affect our sales volume.
