Deep Cycle Maintenance Free GEL Battery

Since its invention, the lead-acid storage battery has been proven to be the most commonly used chemical power source in both military and civilian fields. However, for common lead-acid battery, sulfuric acid solution works as the electrolyte, resulting in undesired electrolyte evaporation and spillage. This is harmful for the equipment and the atmosphere.

Considering this, people try to make the electrolyte immobile and make the battery sealed. Then, a lead-acid battery with gelified electrolyte is brought into existence. The sulfuric acid is mixed with silica fume, which makes the resulting mass gel-like and immobile. Meanwhile, electrolyte leakage is also avoided, and uniform reaction is achieved.

Based on this technical development, we make use of the manufacturing technique for deep cycle batteries to successfully produce this deep cycle maintenance free gel battery, and it has some outstanding properties as listed below.

Features
1. Owing to the strict production technology, great voltage balance is achieved.
2. The specially designed plate shows ultra high porosity, and the radial shaped plate grid adopts tight assembling technique, guaranteeing excellent high rate discharge performance.
3. Due to the ultra thin glass fiber technology, the gas recombination rate is over 99%, and the internal resistance is very low.
4. The argon arc welding technique and sealant work together to ensure that our deep cycle gel battery is perfectly sealed.
5. The plate grid is made from special alloy to get excellent corrosion resistance and deep cycle property.
6. Imported safety valve is equipped for reliable valve control.
7. This is a maintenance free product, indicating that neither acid nor water needs to be added during the entire service life.
8. Silica fume is used to form the gel-like electrolyte, and the resulting electrolyte is evenly distributed without the problem of stratification. Meanwhile, the electrolyte is immobile, realizing uniform reaction.
9. The 4BS lead paste technology ensures our product's long service life which is over 10 years, and the deep cycle is increased by 60% or even higher.
10. The unique grid alloy, special lead paste formula, and the exclusive paste ratio between positive plate and negative plate contribute to the excellent deep cycle performance and good recovery ability from over discharge.
11. As a result of the high purity raw materials, this maintenance free gel battery has ultra low self-discharge rate.
12. The gas recombination technology ensures high reaction efficiency inside the sealed case, which prevents the acid fog from flowing out. So, this product is environmentally friendly without any pollution.
